Writing module is the toughest module of the IELTS test. You should not be surprised to see someone getting the required scores in Listening, Reading, and Speaking, but getting stuck at Band 6 or 6.5 in Writing. The primary reason behind this is the lack of knowledge of Official Marking Scheme that is ‘’What Examiners Want’’.
In order to get a Band 7 or above in Writing, you need to know Official Marking Scheme precisely, so that you give examiners what they want and nothing else.

Some people think that exercise is the key to health, while others feel that having a balanced diet is more important.
Discuss both the sides and give your opinion.
Some would argue that working out is vital to health, while others say that a balanced diet is of the utmost importance. Although nutritious food provides essential vitamins and minerals to the body, I believe that physical training boosts immunity and is far more useful for the well-being of an individual.
On the one hand, some individuals argue that healthy food such as fresh vegetables, meat, and dried fruits contain many nutrients that a human body need. Consumption of these provides sufficient immunity for the prevention of, and combat against, diseases, making them stronger and more robust. For example, a recent survey in the USA revealed that a person who consumes a mixture of turmeric, honey, and garlic is less vulnerable to diseases. However, eating habits do not adequately contribute to immunity in older people, leaving them vulnerable for sickness.
On the other hand, some individuals believe that exercising is essential for healthiness. It helps men and women to stay physically fit, strengthens their muscles, eliminates mental stress, and provides energy to the entire body. With these factors, immunity boosts from a root cause, making it last long. To illustrate, Arnold Schwarzenegger, a famous Hollywood actor, is seventy-two years old, and he is still robust because of intensive workouts throughout his life. This demonstrates that even aged people will stay healthy if they do yoga or muscle training.
In conclusion, although nourishing meals contain nutrients such as protein, fibre, and carbohydrates, providing enough energy for people to remain robust, I firmly believe that physical exercise is by far the most proven and effective way of keeping well in the long run.
